How do I create a sheet of labels from an existing recipient list

I want to use an exisiting recipient list of names to create a sheet of
labels for each person. I do not want a sheet of one name only. I would also
like to be able to preview this page. I can get a view of one name for all
30 labels but this is not what I am after.
