How do I create a staffing profile?

I want to create a graph that shows how I'm staffing ramps up and ramps down
over the duration of the program?

Select View, Resource Usage and that will show what you want. Select Format,
Details for different data. If there isn't any data in that view: assign
your resources to your task first!
