Outlook emails loading very slowly

I have 3 gmail accounts in Outlook 2016 and 2 of them work fine but with one of them the emails are very slow to load all of a sudden. They used to load on startup but now takes a long time. Also slow to send. I disabled all add-ins but no change. I am using Windows 11. Seems odd that the other 2 gmail accounts are working fine. I tried to create a new profile for this email but am unable to create and not sure why?
