You neglected to mention what version of Word you have, and it makes a
difference.

If you have Word 2002 or 2003, look at the Help topic "Create a folded
booklet" for instructions on using the built-in booklet printing
feature.

If you have Word 2000 or earlier, which doesn't have that feature, see
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/BookletPrinting.htm.
