How do I create a template that repeats on subsequent pages

All templates are for the entire document. Can you give a better description

Generally speaking, all content that you put into the _body_ of the
document will not repeat. But anything you put into the *header* or
footer area (it can also be anchored there but positioned anywhere on
the page) will repeat.

If the user must have access to it, it better not be in the header, though.
