How do I create a trifold, tabloid (11x17) style newsletter?

I'm new to using publisher. I used the wizard to start off creating a
newsletter in a tabloid size paper. I can't figure how to change it from a
single fold to a double fold (or actually a tri-fold) newsletter. Help!

If you want a tri-fold you are better served creating the newsletter from scratch.
Setup your printer first to tabloid, landscape. Click custom in the page setup, it
should reflect your printer setting.

In the arrange menu, set the margins to your printer's specs. Assume your largest
margin is .5", click the grid guide tab, select three columns, spacing one inch,
check add a center line between.
This will give you three equal columns with equal margins. This is only example of
how it is done, if you like the looks of the pre-designed newsletters, you can always
copy/paste the elements into your own publication.
