How do I create a zipfile in Outlook?

Save the PDF files to your desktop. Select them all, right click, choose
"Send to" and compressed file. They will compress the files and they will be
attached to an email message which you can address.

Create a folder on your desktop, drop the files in and then select all and
follow the previous steps.

If you have WinZip, install the WinZip E-Mail Companion. Without WinZip,
use the Windows method given in the earlier posts.
