how do I create an access report for each vendor in a dbf file?

I am running an old dos program that has a database file of all vendor
transactions
in db4 format. I want to use access to extract a monthly stetement for
invoices owed to each vendor on a monthly basis. My current program does not
produce this report. Please help.
