Check out the resources at:

Jeff Conrad's resources page:

The Access Web resources page:

A free tutorial written by Crystal (MS Access MVP):

MVP Allen Browne's tutorials:

I'd particularly recommend Crystal's tutorial and the "Database Design 101"
links on Jeff's page. Access is NOT Excel and requires a very different
mindset and (if you're an expert in Excel) a certain amount of "unlearning",
because there are things you can do in both programs which need to be done
*differently*.

Good luck, and feel free to post back with specific problems.
