how do i create an interactive calendar?

I need to know what tool to use to creat a calendar which is interactive like
outlook or something and when it is time for something...it pops up!

Publisher has no dynamic functionality. Something like that would have to be
a third party tool that you would do separately and link to. You might try
bravenet.com, they have some tools.
