How do I create an LDAP format from my outlook contacts?

Thanks for taking the time,

I have outlook 2003, and was hoping to convert the contact file into "ldap"
format. This is because I have a project management software which enables
me to inport contacts in idap format.

I have never used idap so would appreciate any help,
