How do I create an on-line order form?

I am attempting to use FP 2002 to create an on-line order form. I want the users to type in their info on the web and have it download to a database or have the answers emailed to me. Is there an idiot's guide or some sort of directions on the web as to how to do this

Any help would be appreciated.

I suggest you start with:

File | New page or web | Page templates | Feedback form.

Play around with that a bit to see if that will meet your
needs. Come back here if you have questions as you play
with that.
