How do I create an online order form for customers visiting my sit

I'm creating a web site using "Front Page" and I'd like to include an Order
Form for users who would like to order products from my site. How do I
create such a form? I've looked through all the templates and can't seem to
find one that suits. I thought it would be pretty straight forward, but
apparently it isn't.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
