Click the Office button (in the top left corner)
Select Popular on the left hand panel.
Check the "Show Developer tab in the Ribbon" item and then click OK.
This will add a Developer tab to the Ribbon.
The second group, controls, contains an insert button which gives access to
Forms and ActiveX controls.
Aren't you glad that 2007 is so much easier to use?

To have it, click the Office button>Excel Options>Popular>check mark
in the "Show Developer tab in the Ribbon" item .
This will add a Developer tab to the Ribbon. Select it and click the Insert
icon in the Controls section. You can insert the desired controls from here
i.e. from ActiveX controls or Form Controls.
