How do I create multiple Y axes in Powerpoint?

I would like to create a line chart with two lines. The values for line one
will be shown on the left Y axis and the values for line two will be shown on
the right Y axis.

Perhaps someone else will have an easier solution, but if I needed to do
this I would create a second chart of the exact same size as the first.
Then I would convert and ungroup the chart to it's components and move the
required ones of these (as objects) over the first chart.

It would not update, but could be used to visualize the data.

Right click line two and select Format Data Series. On the dialog that appears,
click the Axis tab and click "Secondary Axis" and click OK.
