How do I create shortcuts or replace the icons in the left column to use when
using "Save As"?
When working on a network going down 3/5 levels each time is very time
consuming.

I am not saving files in "My Documents", I am saving them on a network. I
have a shortcut to the network area but it doesn't help when doing "Save
As"... I need to change the Icons (Locations) that pop-up on the left column
when you do a "Save As".

Thanks though!

Try this. Browse to the network folder as normal, then in a blank space in
the Left Hand pane, Right-click. Do you see an option to add the folder
you've browsed to? (Works on Office 2007....so may be the same in 2003

But then you may select My Documents and then the Shortcut and get there
in only 2 steps.

Navigate to the folder, click the Tools menu in the Save As dialog box and
then click Add to My Places. Note you may need to right-click the Places bar
(the left column) and select Small icons if you don't see the shortcut.
