How do I customise the right click menu?

Our company policy is to store a copy of client emails in a Public Folder for
a particular job. At any time, 90+% of emails relate to a few jobs. I want to
create a few shortcuts on the right click menu to copy a selected message to
a specific, frequently used, Public Folder. This would be similar to the
"Send to" facility in the Windows OS.

I don't think you can change the context menu - check at outlookcode.com or
the outlook programming groups on this server. However - you can place
shortcuts on the Favorite folders list or Outlook bar and drag the messages
to the shortcut. Have you looked at the Move to menu? (on r-click or Edit
menu) - it should retain the last 10 locations used.
