How do I customize text boxes?

I'm making slides containing many text boxes all over by clicking the "text
box". How can I make my own default format for the text boxes including both
font size and bullet format? When I'm searching for help the only place I'm
directed to is the master view, but that is not convenient for my purpose as
I never know how many text boxes will be in my slide. As it is now, I'm
formatting one text box and copying this throughout the document but this is
more work than just clicking the text box icon.

Torunn,
Have you tried formatting a textbox the way you want and then right clicking
it and choosing set standard AutoFormat shape.

What Luc says, and also...

After you set the textbox default, your autoshapes (regular rectangles,
lines, etc.) may not have a line or a fill. To correct this, format a shape
the way you want it, then right-click and click Set Autoshape Defaults
again. This shouldn't affect your textbox defaults. (I know, I know, it's
not intuitive at all.)

Luc,
Thanks, It helped partly, definitey, but it did not autoformat the bullet
hiarchy i the text box. Would you know if this is also possible?
