how do I customize the e-mail layout so it shows an attachment?

Thanks, and unfortunately part of my message was lost for
some strange reason. My outlook version is 2003
Professional. Here's an example of my problem:
When I print out a message the header shows the following:
"From:"
"Sent:"
"To:"
"Subject:" I would like to add an additional item, that
is
"Attachment"

so that when I send a mail so someone with an attachment,
it shows the name of the attachment.
If I edit the mail in RTF format, it shows the attachment
in the form of an icon somewher in the middle of my text,
which is not very neat. I would prefer it to be listed in
the header as exampled above.
any help?
