How do I deactivate a Student licence in Office 2007?

Office Student Edition gives you 3 licences. How do I deactivate one of these
licences, so that I can install it on another machine?

you uninstall on one pc then install on the other.
there is no other deactivation process

Have the same issue - purchased & installed on new laptop, had to return
laptop because of hardware issues. Prior to returning I formatted the hard
drive to remove all installed software so do not want to lose 1 installation
as intend to buy 2 new desktops in the near future.
