How do I delete a 25mb e-mail from Outlook outbox

I have a message stuck in my Outlook outbox. I have tried right clicking the
message then clicking on delete but it won't go away. I have turned off the
computer, re-opened Outlook and the message is still there. How do I get rid
of it?
