how do I delete a document form the Microsoft Word

I have got some of the word documents which arrived as an attacment and I
pressed Save button and now I can't sem to delete it from the Microsoft
Word. HELP

Where in Word? Is it coming up when you create a new Blank Document? If so,
see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/BlankDocNotBlank.htm. If you just
want to delete it from the bottom of the file menu (in versions before
2007), press Ctrl+Alt+Hyphen and then click on it. This will also remove it
from the Getting Started task pane.
