We have multiple appointment calendars in our outlook, one for each of the
people we book appointments for. Someone managed to move one person's
calendar into someone else's, so that you have to click on person A's
calendar, then further select person B's. I found that I could not click on
the option to move it, as that was disabled - it would only be an option to
relocate it if it was in the right place to begin with apparently. What it
did allow me to do was copy the calendar back into its rightful place, but
now I have 2 copies of it. I would like to be able to delete the duplicate
of B's folder that exists in person A's folder, and of course ensure that in
doing so I am not deleting the other one that I copied into where it belongs.
(If you follow ... ) Any ideas? The help function is not providing me with
the right answers.
