Recover the ownership

I have 3 folders, from the dozens of others folders I have, which I cannot
delete them. It always pop up a message saying "My service provider do not
allow me..." etc. Looks like I have no permission. I cannot even make the
backup of my mail box. Since looks like I have no permission for it. Can
someone help me out? My idea is to recover the ownership of my folders. How
can I do that?
Thanks

Do you have administrator permissions? You may have to change your user
account settings or log on as an administrator to perform some tasks, such as
deleting certain files and folders.
