I made a header and now I can't figure out how to delete it so it doesn't

Click FILE in the menu and select PAGE SETUP and, if necessary, click the
HEADER/FOOTER tab.
Click the CUSTOM HEADER command button, tab to the pane that contains your
header text and press the delete key. Click OK twice to return to the
workbook
