How do I delete a message in the outbox? MO does not let me do it

I have a problem in deleting a message in the Outbox. The Outlook tells me
that the message is beeing transmited and I cannot open, delete, change os
anything else. Basicly, my Outlook is freezing because of that and I cannot
do it anything. Please help me!

Set Outlook to work offline (File->Work Offline) Completely close and restart Outlook. Delete the message. Remove the Offline check mark, close and restart Outlook.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
