I have a message in my outbox I want to delete, it won't let me

Please tell me how to delete message in my outbox. The recipients are
getting it 20-30 times and I cannot delete it.

Click File and check Work Offline. Close and then restart Outlook. Delete
the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
