How do I delete a Message too large to send but is being sent

My message is rejected by Hotmail because it is too large. I cannot delete it
from my out box because the computer is still trying to send it. How do I get
rid of it?

Click File and check Work Offline. Stop and restart Outlook. Delete the
message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
