How do I delete a numbered paragraph and its number and renumber .

How do I delete an automatically numbered paragraph, including its number,
and then renumber any pargraphs I add plus the remaining paragraphs?

Select the paragraph and press Delete. The remaining paragraphs will be
renumbered automatically.
