How do I delete an email from the Outbox...it is stuck

I have an email with picture attachments that I cannot delete, relocate to a
different folder or send. When I try to move it, I get the message "Can't
open this item Outlook has already begun transmitting this message" This has
been going on for two days now and I can't figure out. Any help?

Place Outlook in Offline mode (File-> Work Offline) and restart Outlook. Now
you should be able to delete the message.
