How do I delete an unwanted vertical line in Publisher?

I'm doing a brochure and there is a vertical line down the middle of one
page. It is not a boundary and it doesn't separate two columns of type. I
can't seem to make it go away. Help!

Is it a line? Can you click on it so that it has circles at each end? If do,
so that and press the Del kay.
