How do I delete fax numbers from address book?

When I want to send an email, I go to outlook and pull up an address book.
It lists all of the email addresses in the contact database. It also
duplicates every contact with another email address, only the domain name is
the fax number for the contact. Everyone knows that you cannot send an email
to a fax machine, so why does every contact name appear twice in my address
book?

Because, despite what "everyone" knows, it's perfectly possible to fax
someone from Outlook. That's why Outlook presents the FAX numbers: they're
legitimate electronic addresses.

Don't put anything in the fax number field and Outlook won't show it to you.
