How do I delete files in the OLK86 folder?

When you save an attchment from an email, it usually save it by defaul
in a folder called OLK86. How do you delete the files save in thi
folder

That's correct..they are not temporary internet files.

documents and settings > "your username >local settings > Temp

| Deleting temporary internet files does not remove the files in this
| folder.
