How do I delete tracking from e-mail so it will not print?

I blind copied myself on an e-mail that I sent to an ex and I accidently said
I would send the messenger a read receipt. Now it prints on the e-mail and
he claims he didn't receive it. I don't want it to print on the hard copy
that I give to him. How can I get rid of the tracking?

Select (highlight) the text that you do want to print.
Choose Print from the File drop down menu. In the dialog
box that opens, in the Print Range section, place a check
in the front of Selection. Only the Selected text will print.
