How do I deploy Customized Project Guide

Hello Group,
Anyone knows how to deploy the custom proj guide? I have been able to
make changes to the the proj guide but it is just residing on my local
machine. How do I deploy it (may be on server? ) so that the custom
proj guide is visible to everyone. Basically I have use PGEditor to
add new goal area and tasks. Do I have to make changes on server ? If
yes, where and how do I do that?
