how do i deploy shortcuts to all outlook users on network?

I have developed a public folder store of documents and I would like to
create a template to deploy this easily over a 50 user network. I run
Exchange 2000 and outlook 2003. eventually I shall have a group and shortcuts
under this group pointing to the folders in the public folder store.
