How do I designate stationery for replies in Outlook?

I have designated stationery and signatures for new messages. For replies, I
can only find a way to designate signatures -- not stationery. Can you help?

Outlook replies in the format in which the message was received. Since the
message you received did not contain one of your stationeries, the reply
won't either.
