How do I determine which Office security patches are installed?

I ran the Office Update and it installed a couple of security patches to
Office XP. But how do I find a list of all the Office security patches I have
installed?

I can see a list of the Windows XP security fixes in the Add/Remove Programs
under control panel, and Internet Explorer lists the patches installed under
Help..About. But I don't see anything for Office XP products in Add/Remove
Programs or Help.. About in the various Office Products.

You can do this by visiting the Office Update site
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx) and clicking
Check for Updates. Once the scan is complete there's an option on the menu
bar to the left under "Things to do" that says "Show already installed Office
updates".
