How do I disable cookies in PowerPoint, i get error

In Power Point 2003 when I put a hyperlink in there, and then do a slide show
of it the following happens:

I click on the hyperlink and it goes to a site that tells me that this site
requires cookies, please change tools and go again to this page."

I have tried everything, is there anyway to change security setting for
cookies in OFFICE. Or somehow to get this to work?

by the way it's an https:// site.

Please no easy info, I have tried all of it already.

The setting is in your browser. If you use Internet Explorer, go to Tools >
Internet Options > Privacy. Click on the Sites button and paste in the URL for
the site you are linking to and then click on the "Allow" button. That will add
the site to the list of sites that you approve for maintaining cookies on your
system.
