MS download site thinks I don't allow cookies

I'm trying to download the OneNote 2007 Trial with IE7, but every time I do,
I get a message from Windows Live ID saying "Cookies must be allowed. Your
browser is currently set to block cookies. Your browser must allow cookies
before you can use Windows Live ID.Cookies are small text files stored on
your computer that tell Windows Live ID sites and services when you're
signed in. To learn how to allow cookies, see online help in your web
browser."

Well, I do allow cookies. I've even disabled SpySweeper and Norton
Anti-Virus, and gone into Control Panel and let it allow ALL cookies. I
still get this message. Why does this one site not recognize I allow
cookies, and what can I do about it?

Go to the Internet Options Privacy tab. Click on the Sites button in the
middle of the tab. If you have any sites listed, try deleting them all or
going through the list for cookies that look like they are Microsoft cookies
and delete them from the list.

Thanks Don, that did it. I had live.com always blocked.
