Assuming you do want to unlink all field in the document: Use Command+A
(Select All) then use Command+Shift+F9 or Command+6 to unlink the fields.

If you want to examine them individually in context you can use the Browse
By feature at the bottom of the Vertical Scroll Bar to Browse by Field or
use ^d in the Find dialog. Use the same stroke as you come to one to be
unlinked. There may be a Find & Replace option for global unlinking but I'm
afraid I don't know what to codes to suggest if there is.

As for preventing them from occurring in the future, go into Autoformat
As You Type and uncheck "Replace as you type...Internet paths with hyper-
links." (Might be slightly different depending on your version of Word.)
