How do I disable Office Live Update?

My Norton Antivirus tells me that I need to disable Live Update and Windows
Auto Update to install the program (Norton). I disabled Windows Auto Update
but do not know how to disable Office Live Update.

Live Update is a part of Norton Antivirus (and other Norton products).

Open NAV, Options/Antivirus. There look for the Live Update section, turn
off automatic updates.
