How do I Disable Outlook 2003 Network connectivity or other warnings/notifications?

Does anyone know how to disable the warnings/notifications indicating
"Outlook is trying to retrieve data from the Microsoft Exchange Server
computer". These things pop up every couple of seconds it seems like and
would like to turn them off. I found some documentation on how to disable
them at the time of install, but nothing on how to make the change after. If
anyone can help me with it will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

-Jose
