How do I disable the block on exe files in outlook 2003?

I need to be able to receive exe files but I do not want to burden the
senders with having to rename the exe to ex_ or something like that.

Control of attachment blocking can be achieved by installing
the "Attachment & Security Options" addIn that can be
downloaded FREE at http://www.slovaktech.com/ - the web
page also has a clear description of how to use it, so perhaps
you might print a copy (or paste into a Word Doc) for reference.
