Sending attachments - .exe file blocked

I am trying to send attachments, but Outlook has blocked the message because
of an .exe attachment... I have not attached an .exe file and an .exe file is
not on the list of attachments. I use AVG (paid for)and EWIDO (30 day
trial). I m confused. Help please.

Type of account?
Did it block the message or the attachment?
Is it an Outlook security notification or a third party one?
What is the name of the .exe file you never attached?
