How do I disable the scroll wheel in Acessa 3000 forms?

How do I prevent the scroll wheel on a mouse from advancing the records in
forms. Many times the scroll wheel addvances the record without me being
aware of it and I enter data in the wrong form. Once done it is offten hard
to find the record that the data was entered into and correct it.
