How do I disable the sounds in Outlook's Tasks?

Task reminders generate a jingle that is invariably in a diferent key to the
music I have playing! Can the sounds be disabled?

For an "all day event" on the calendar how do you set a specific time of day
the daily alarm will sound, e.g. if I want to have the alarm sound at 9:00am
for a daily event how do I set it up?

Event reminders cannot be configured to fire after the event has started.
The best you can do with all-day events is to have the reminder sound at
midnight when the event starts.
