I am upgrading from Outlook Express to Outlook 2002. I need to email in
Japanese. I have Japanese working with Outlook Express, and everywhere in
Outlook 2002 except in the auto-preview pane. It works in the subject line,
sender field, preview pane, and everywhere else on my computer. Why can't I
get it to work in the auto-preview pane? OS is XP home.
