How do I display the recipient's name vs. email address in Outlook

Before I installed the Motorola Q, my outlook when sending a mesage displayed
the recipient's full name. Now it just displays the email address. Not sure
if syncing the Q could have done this. Any help in getting it back to
displaying the full name would be great.
