Try using the printscreen (or Alt printscreen) buttons to get a screen
shot, then paste the results into Word or whatever (you need to do one
screen at a time, Alt PrintScreen gets the active window only,
printscreen the entire screen.

Click Alt and Print Screen keys together. That copies the topmost dialog
box. Then paste into Word and you will see your dialog box.

Exactly.

I misread the original post -- was thinking "menu," not dialog. A lot of
times it's easier to use a screen grab utility if you need menus.
